Tuesday:  Another day.  I'm having a hard time lately.  I need to refocus my thinking.

if you want to feel better about what you are eating, I could start posting the junk I put in my mouth and call a meal. That would make you feel much better about what you eat! you are doing great - I am proud of how hard you work at this every day!

We're currently on the "stomach bug" plan. Trust me, no weight gain goin' on here but I don't recommend this system.

Inspiration CAN be found EVERYWHERE

You are doing great - one day at a time - and before you know it there will be a light at the end of the tunnel (and it won't be an oncoming train). You will be looking back with this huge smile on your face cause YOU DID IT
