Day 10

After eating some candy and some more.  I decided to work out.  I need 2 more days Saturday and Sunday to meet my 6 days a week goal for working out.

Fat Ticker Friday

Had to step on the big bad scale.  But, it was a good thing.  I'm down 1.4 pounds.  As I stated in my last post.  I need to stay away from the candy.  Why is it so hard to not eat sweats?  I wish I didn't like chocolate.

Day 9

Got in another workout.  I need to workout tonight, tomorrow and Sunday to meet my goal for the week.

Boy is the candy tasting good though!  I love this time of year, but I don't like the candy issue.

Day 7 and 8

Well this is my second week of working out.  My goal is again to work out 6 days out of 7.  I worked out yesterday and today, that is 2 days, only 4 more to go.

I also started wearing an pedometer.  I read that you should try to walk 10,000 steps a day.  Well as of now, I'm going to bed next, I walked 9,976 steps.  I'm so close.  I'll get the last 24 steps going up to the second floor to get ready.

I also read that you should try to increase your steps by 500 every week, but that is based on people who don't walk 10,000 steps a day.  I have to research it some more.

Day 6

Well I made it to day 6 of my exercise goal (6 out of 7 days).  Yeah!  

Nothing like having a beer though before you exercise.  It's Saturday, time to relax!

Still continuing on the exercise cycle.  Didn't really want to exercise today, but I did.

Fat Ticker Friday

I was a bad girl last week and didn't weigh in. -sorry.  I actually gained again and was embarrassed.  I was up 3 pounds.  Don't know what in the world is going on.    So, I worked very hard this week, but was only down 1.1 pounds.  I started exercising.  Hopefully that helps.

Today was a lot better with the wanting to eat everything.

Day 3

Today was a rough day.  I just wanted to eat again.  What in the world is going on with my brain?

Exercised for the 3rd day.  How many days do they say you need to do something to make it natural?  I'm thinking in the 50's.

Yes, I did it again.  Exercised!  WOW!  I'm using The Biggest Loser Workout DVD.  It's a 6 week workout.  Hopefully I can keep it up.

Fat Ticker Friday

Well I didn't do so well this week.  I didn't count my points like a did last week.  I am up 2.1 pounds, I'm sorry everyone.  I feel awful.

This week my goal is to once again is to count points all week.

Not doing so good

Alright - I'm having a rough week with dealing with eating.  I WANT TO EAT EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING!!  What is the problem?  I don't want to weigh in on Friday and disappoint my peeps for at Hot for the Holidays.  Maybe I can be lumpy for the holidays.  Hopefully blogging will get this out of my system.  I hope!

Another job again?

Well another job came up that I really didn't want to look into, but my supervisor asked if I would be interested in the position.  The position title is:  PA-Pre-K grant facilitator.  Sounds fancy, doesn't it?  My supervisor was thinking of combing some of what I do with that job, which would be nice.  Basically I would almost be the director of the preschool building in our director, but I wouldn't be anyone's supervisor.  Does that make sense?  I would just make sure the grant is being followed and that everything is going well at the building, run meetings and attend meetings in Harrisburg.  I was kind of on the fence, so I just decided to do it.  I was asked if I could come in early like 6:30  - and I was like NO!  I can't even get my butt out of bed at that time anymore.  But, the good thing would be that I would be done at 1:30.  I would still get my teacher pay and still be part of the local union.  I have been talking to an old coworker trying to convince her to apply for the position.  I didn't think she would, but she did.  I actually think she would be a better person for the job and I hope she gets it.  It would be great working with her again.  I would love having Tuesday and Friday coffee days back again (we got each other coffee on those days from DUNKIN DONUTS  - I LOVE DUNKIN DONUT COFFEE!!!!)

Enough rambling!  I just don't know if I did the right thing?  It's been weird lately how everything is falling into place.  I wonder why?

Holy Moly!!  I stepped on the scale this morning and about died.  I'm down 3.9 pounds.  YEAH YEAH YEAH.

I was very strict on my points this week and made sure I wrote everything down.  I'm beyond happy!
